My approach
I call it my “salad bar” approach because I present you with options, the pros and cons of each, and then you decide which option to move forward with.  I also review the entire purchase contract with you in detail so you know what you are signing.  Unfortunately there are other agents that don’t explain the details of the contract and worse, who make decisions for their clients!

The most challenging part of any real estate transaction is the offer – price and terms, agreement and closing. You must have an advocate on your side during the entire process and after, so you’re fully informed and don’t miss important details that could come and haunt you later.
