Through a Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) we’ll review the current economic conditions, competing properties, absorption rate, and comparable sales. These must be considered while pricing you house for sale, but most importantly, reviewed on a regular basis while your house is on the market. We may also decide to preview competing houses in the area.
